The room sizes make a real difference
Agoda distinguishes the 24-square-metre Standard Room, 32-square-metre Superior and 45-square-metre Deluxe. The named Superior and Deluxe options are listed for two adults and with king beds. The Standard category’s bed listing differs, so the larger room should not be assumed to be the one intended for a larger group.
The difference is useful for a stay with time at the resort. Someone using it only as a place to sleep after sightseeing may be content with the Standard footprint; a guest planning a quieter afternoon indoors has a clearer reason to consider the extra Superior or Deluxe space. Garden-view wording is not a promise that every room has the same pond or field outlook.

The pool and the setting carry the stay
An Agoda guest in January 2026 praised the clean pool, comfortable bed and substantial breakfast. Another, in December 2024, described the fields behind the property and the garden. These accounts support the appeal of staying on the grounds between outings, rather than treating the pool photograph as the entire hotel experience.
The more recent accounts are not uniformly enthusiastic about room condition. A May 2026 Standard-room guest praised maintenance and the views, whereas a February guest found the room worn. The different experiences are worth retaining: an attractive landscape does not establish the condition of a particular allocated room.
Plan the city journey rather than relying on the word resort
A June 2026 Deluxe guest described the location as secluded and considered private transport essential. An August Superior guest had used Grab successfully. Those experiences can coexist: one successful ride request does not demonstrate a dependable supply of cars for every departure and return.
Trip.com also lists taxi-booking assistance and free parking. For an out-of-town temple excursion, an arranged driver or your own vehicle gives this base a more coherent role. It is on the Lampang side of the itinerary, but it is not accommodation at the entrance to Wat Phra That Lampang Luang. The temple visit remains a separate road outing.
Service and bedroom Wi-Fi deserve separate attention
A July 2026 Superior guest praised the staff and the spacious, clean room but found bedroom Wi-Fi poor. That is relevant if an evening here also needs to include work or a video call. A pleasant open-air setting cannot compensate for a connection that is unreliable in the room where you need it.
Service accounts vary too. Several guests appreciated personal help, while the February Standard-room visitor disliked the reception encounter. It would be unfair either to dismiss that account or to turn one interaction into a description of all staff. The small-property style is part of its appeal, with less reason to expect a large hotel’s round-the-clock range of services.
An adult-oriented stay outside the centre
Booking descriptions differ in how they express the age restriction: Trip.com says children are not permitted, while the property description on Tripadvisor refers to adults and guests over 14. Families with younger children should settle the minimum age directly rather than interpreting a spare bed in a photograph as permission to book.
For adults who value the pool, garden and more spacious room options, this is a plausible pause in a northern temple journey. It suits travellers who can arrange Lampang’s road transfers and want some time at their accommodation. Travellers whose priority is spontaneous evening walking in the centre should weigh that location tradeoff more heavily.
