Superior and Studio are close in scale

The official accommodation page lists Superior Double, Superior Twin, Studio Double and Studio Twin at 21 square metres. Agoda gives the Studio categories 22 square metres and Superior 21. That small difference should not be read as proof that a Studio is a large apartment or has a cooking area.

The bed arrangement is the clearer ordinary-room decision: two singles in the Twin or one larger bed in the Double. Guests choosing mainly for an overnight stop may find either straightforward. A traveller wanting room to sit and work separately from the bed has a better reason to examine the Suite description than to assume the Studio name provides it.

The Suite has a distinct living area

The hotel’s official Suite page describes 42 square metres with a bedroom and living room, a king bed and occupancy for two adults. It lists a sofa, dining table, kitchen area and a balcony with river view. This is a specific layout difference, rather than a decorative upgrade to a standard room.

The Deluxe description is less straightforward. The official page gives an unusually small 12-square-metre figure with two king beds and four-adult occupancy, while Agoda lists 42 square metres and two doubles. Those published descriptions conflict, so the Deluxe should not be chosen on a precise size or bed assumption without direct clarification.

Breakfast has an actual place in the stay

The official breakfast page presents a buffet. Trip.com guests in March and October 2026 also praised the meal, including an October visitor who particularly enjoyed the fried rice. These accounts support breakfast as a useful part of an overnight stop rather than an amenity inferred from a photograph.

A guest who stayed in December 2025 liked the separate breakfast pavilion but found the café closed after their evening arrival, with no convenient food nearby without driving. That is a dated individual experience, not a fixed closing-time promise. It does make the evening meal arrangement worth considering at this outlying location.

Recent bathrooms and sound reports add balance

A Trip.com Superior Twin guest who stayed in August 2026 found the bathroom fittings old and described staining and wear, while considering the room sufficiently clean. An October 2026 visitor described the sound insulation as average. These are useful cautions for travellers whose main requirement is an easy overnight rest.

Other 2026 guests liked the cleanliness, staff and comfort. The accounts do not establish one condition across every category. In particular, an ordinary Superior-room bathroom observation should not be automatically assigned to the separately configured Suite. Room category and the particular stay remain relevant.

Use the Mueang Nga address deliberately

The official site and Trip.com agree on 40/2 Moo 1 Mueang Nga. This is not accommodation immediately on Hariphunchai’s central square. The hotel can support the Lamphun cultural chapter, but the temple outing and an evening meal in town need an actual road connection.

A traveller with a car may see parking and the quieter location as useful. Someone hoping to step out each evening into the central temple streets has a different priority, and a town-centre property may be simpler. An individual guest’s successful late arrival does not establish unrestricted check-in arrangements for every booking.

A practical stop, with one larger-room option

Royal Princess is worth considering for a road-based Lamphun visit where breakfast and a clear bed choice matter more than staying directly beside the main temple. The ordinary Superior and Studio options are similar in scale, while the Suite gives a real reason to choose more private living space.

The unresolved Deluxe size and bed descriptions should remain unresolved until the hotel clarifies them. The useful decision is between a straightforward bedroom and the documented Suite, alongside how the Mueang Nga location fits the next day’s Hariphunchai visit. That is a clearer basis for choosing than treating every room name as a higher grade of the same arrangement.
