Yaang Come Village Hotel offers low-rise, northern-style accommodation around gardens and a pool on Sridonchai Road. A private balcony is part of the documented room range, while the family room adds doors separating the sleeping spaces. It is a city base with a garden setting, suited to travellers who want time at the property as well as temple excursions.

The room range changes more than floor space

The official accommodation page gives Superior rooms as 38 square metres, with king or twin beds, a shower bathroom and private balcony. Deluxe rooms are 46 square metres and add a bath alongside the shower. A couple who wants a bath therefore has a concrete reason to compare Deluxe with Superior rather than simply choosing the larger-sounding title.

The 66-square-metre Family Room includes a king bed and twin beds separated by internal doors. That is a useful distinction from four beds in one open room. The 60-square-metre Junior Suite instead offers a king bed, living room and balcony. These are different solutions for a family and a couple, even though both have more space than the entry category.

The dark timber furnishings described by Booking.com complement the northern architectural setting. The character is part of the attraction, but it should not be mistaken for a claim that the rooms are part of an ancient temple or that every decorative item is original Lanna fabric. This is hotel accommodation designed for contemporary use.

The garden and pool are central to a stay

The address is 90/3 Sridonchai Road in Chang Khlan. The planted grounds and centrally positioned pool give guests somewhere to return after the surrounding city streets. An August 2026 Superior guest described swimming each day and found the older property well maintained and very clean. Another August guest particularly liked returning to the greenery.

An April 2026 Deluxe guest liked the location and accommodation but reported weak shower pressure. A February Superior guest separately mentioned inconsistent shower temperature and mosquitoes. These are specific dated experiences, not a measured assessment of every room or a prediction of the condition of the garden during another season.

The distinction matters if the garden is the main reason you are choosing Yaang Come. Outdoor planting and a balcony can be enjoyable while the shower and room position still deserve attention. A hotel can provide the setting you want without every practical detail receiving the same response from every guest.

Breakfast may feel different on a long stay

A June 2026 Junior Suite guest praised the pool and traditional accommodation but found breakfast repetitive over several days. A February Superior guest also thought breakfast could improve. In contrast, an August Superior guest liked the food despite finding the selection limited. This is repeated comment about range, with differing satisfaction rather than agreement that breakfast is poor.

A base outside the Old City walls

Yaang Come works with Chiang Mai’s Night Bazaar-side accommodation area. Wat Phra Singh and Wat Chedi Luang are inside the Old City, so they should be planned as separate visits rather than described as hotel-adjacent shrines. Doi Suthep needs its own mountain-road trip from the city.

The family-room doors, balconies and pool provide tangible reasons to choose this property for a longer cultural trip. A traveller who wants to step straight from the hotel into the Old City temple cluster may prefer a different address. The useful choice is between that historic-quarter position and a hotel where the garden and room layout are part of the daily experience.
